Concrete Trail Paver
The first adjustable concrete trail paver to travel within the finished trail width.
The PAJCo 812™ is a revolutionary concrete paver designed for the challenges of concrete trail paving but is just at home for fast, slip-form paving in any application, 8-12 feet wide. The patented adjustable bypassing paver uses augers and vibration to place, consolidate, and extrude the perfect concrete section.
The “high boy” power unit is designed for concrete to be deposited on the prepared grade, in the center of the paving path, for fast paving results. Both the power unit tracks and the paver unit are adjustable in width to accommodate different paving widths and concrete thickness, but most importantly, traveling within the specified trail width saves initial excavation and then backfill labor and materials associated with conventional “outside track” pavers.
Adjustable “on the fly” width of the power unit AND paver from 8 ft to 12 ft.
Adjustable depth of concrete from 4 in to 6 in.
Adjustable cross slope with digital readout to maintain a specified profile.
Direct placement of concrete in front of the “high belly” power unit assures fast concrete placement.
Rear of the paver attachment rings allows for texturing material to follow directly behind.
Retractable and compact, it can be transported on a hot shot/car hauler-type trailer with a medium duty pickup.
